Since the Fifty Shades of Grey movie premiere is right around the corner, there has been so much going on in the world of Fifty Shades recently. The Fifty Shades of Grey official movie soundtrack list was released about 2 weeks ago (see our post about the track list here) and now there is a super hot new music video for The Weeknd’s “Earned It” that has Fifty Shades fans in a frenzy. The video has a lot of Fifty Shades of Grey symbolism in that it including women dressed in gorgeous outfits (which we can assume are supposed to represent the women Christian dated before he met Ana) dancing and playing with ropes on a stage while he sits in a row of red theater chairs and watches them (the “red room”). Towards the end of the video, we see Dakota Johnson (Ana Steele) tied up and suspended above the rest resembling that she’s better and placed higher than the others while The Weeknd sings the lyrics “girl you’re perfect, you’re always worth it, you deserve it, the way you work it, cause girl you earned it” to her. The Fifty Shades Of Grey (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) does not release until February 10, 2015 (days before the movie premiere), but if you pre-order it on Amazon, you’ll get an instant download of Earned It (From The “Fifty Shades Of Grey” Soundtrack) and “Love Me Like You Do” by Ellie Goulding.
If you haven’t seen it yet, watch the steamy music video here:
